Why Book Us?
Planning a party is stressful. Feeding everyone shouldn't be. This is what we do for you:
- A show and dinner in one: Guests watch pizza being made in the brick oven built into a real 1988 firetruck.
- Authentic New Haven style apizza: Thin, chewy, crisp crust charred to perfection in a blazing wood fired oven topped with simple, high quality ingredients.
- We handle the food, you enjoy the party: We park right in the driveway, fire up, feed your crowd, and clean up like we were never there.
